Welcome to Tampa
Bay,
I would like to give you some of my history. I hope it
will help you make a decision to allow me to either market
your property or to locate and help you purchase choice
property.
I’ve lived in Tampa for more than 35 years, most of it
on the waterfront. I grew up in my family's bay-front Home
in Sunset Park; my grandparents had waterfront property in
Treasure Island and Dana Shores. My first job during my
school years was at Interbay Marina in South Tampa. I’ve
also owned two businesses that were located on Tampa Bay and
associated with boating, fishing, and the like. Throughout
my years of waterfront activity, I’ve met countless people
whose love for the water and waterfront activities give me a
very unique network in this very unique market. Most of my
close friends and relatives either live on, do business on,
or play on the water. Serving on the board of Hillsborough
County’s Citizens’ Advisory Committee for marine law
enforcement keeps me abreast of many of the issues that
affect waterfront properties and their owners. This insight
is invaluable at identifying the needs of "waterfront
buyers".
I'm sure you’ll agree that it takes someone with these
insights to market as well as procure select waterfront
properties, not only to my special network, but also, to the
rest of this special area of the real estate market. I have
